Which rehearsal room size do you need?
Compare small rooms, large rooms, and recording studios. Pick the right size for your group and playing style without overpaying.
Book a room that's too big and you overpay. Book one that's too small and the sound gets cramped. Each room size is designed for a different use case. Matching the room to your group size and playing style makes a real difference in how your rehearsal sounds and feels.

Studio 2: solo or small groups of 2-4
Best for:
- Solo practice — guitar, bass, keyboards, vocals, or drums. Private space, no noise bleed.
- Duos — singer + guitarist, guitar + bass, or any two-person combo
- Small groups of 3-4 — trios or quartets that don't need a full drum kit (drums can be arranged on request)
- Drum practice — fully soundproofed walls let you play at full volume without worrying about noise
The main advantage of Studio 2 is cost. If you're only 2 people, there's no reason to pay for Studio 1.
Studio 1: full bands of 6-10
Best for:
- Full bands — 5 or more musicians: drums, bass, guitar, keys, vocals
- Pre-gig rehearsals — simulate a live performance with room to move
- Music workshops — group lessons or jam sessions
Studio 1 comes with Marshall amps and a full drum kit ready to go. Just bring your guitar or bass.
Control Room: recording and mixing
The Control Room is not a rehearsal space. It's designed for:
- Recording — capture band or solo performances
- Mixing — adjust EQ, effects, and volume for each track
- Mastering — polish the final mix for release
It works together with Studio 1: the band plays in the rehearsal room while the recording happens from the Control Room.

Tips
- Practice solo first, rehearse together later. Book Studio 2 to work on your own parts, then book Studio 1 when the full band is ready. Cheaper than practicing your part in Studio 1.
- Rehearse before you record. Get tight in Studio 1 first, then book the Control Room for recording. Don't pay recording studio rates for rehearsal time.
